New York’s court funding restored to pre-pandemic levels

April 7, 2021 – The state’s courts had to absorb a 10 percent budget cut last fiscal year, but the New York Law Journal’s Ryan Tarinelli says they’re poised for a restoration of funding in the state budget making its way through the Capitol this week.
