New York prepares sexual abuse prevention resources for educators

Nov. 6, 2020 – A new website from the State Department of Education hosts resources for districts developing a sexual abuse prevention curriculum as mandated by Erin’s Law. Betty Rosa, Interim Commissioner of the State Education Department, and Erik Sweet, Supervisor of the New York State Education Department’s Office of Curriculum and Instruction, joined the show to discuss the resources and the new prevention education requirements.
