March 25, 2020: Dep. Senate Leader on rent suspension bill

The coronavirus has caused pushed many New Yorkers into a state of financial insecurity. Deputy Senate Majority Leader Mike Gianaris (D-Queens) is out with a proposal that would suspend rent payments for the next 90 days for those who have lost their job or had to close their business due to the virus.
