Combating child poverty in New York

According to the latest estimates from the Census Bureau, over 22 percent of New York children are living in poverty. Dede Hill, Director of Public Policy at the Schuyler Center for Analysis and Advocacy, stopped by to discuss what can be done to elevate these children out of poverty.
