Senate cannabis leader eyes marketplace overhaul

May 23, 2023 – In the wake of a less than perfect creation of a recreational marijuana marketplace in New York, a broad effort to improve the transition has been rolled out by Sen. Jeremy Cooney, a Rochester Democrat and chair of the chamber’s subcommittee on cannabis.
