Mental health advocates pursue budget priorities

April 12, 2023 – With the budget process going into extra innings, we’ve got extra time to discuss some of the mental health issues for the budget with Glenn Liebman, CEO of the Mental Health Association in New York State, and Matthew Shapiro, senior director of government affairs for the New York Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
