Sarah Rogerson seeks to unseat longtime GOP senator

Sept. 30, 2026- Democrats in the state Senate are seeking to flip at least one seat from Republicans this November in a bid to expand their majority. Sarah Rogerson could make that happen. She’s a Democrat running for the 44th state Senate district against longtime GOP lawmaker Jim Tedisco.
