Standardizing exit interviews for civil service

Sept. 9, 2026- Legislation is awaiting the governor’s signature that would standardize exit interview procedures at state agencies. We discuss this effort to improve future civil servant retention with Joshua Terry, director of legislative and political action at CSEA.
