Disclosing what’s in disposable diapers

Oct. 18, 2024 – In 2021, manufacturers had to disclose what was in menstrual products sold in New York and now state lawmakers want to impose the same requirement for disposable diapers. We discuss the rationale for this transparency measure with Russ Haven, general counsel for the New York Public Interest Research Group.
