Teaming up with Dolly Parton to boost literacy

July 3, 2024 – Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is expanding its footprint in New York, which is good news for early childhood literacy efforts, according to Education Trust New York’s Jenn O’Connor and United Way of the Greater Capital Region’s Peter Gannon.
