Commission weighs salary increases for judges

October 18, 2023 – The New York State Commission on Legislative, Judicial, and Executive Compensation has reconvened this fall and is scheduled to make recommendations on judicial salaries before the end of the year. We discuss this process with former state Court of Appeals Judge Eugene M. Fahey, who serves as chair of the commission.

The other commission members are Helene E. Blank, Theresa L. Egan, Nadine Fontaine, Victor Kovner, Robert L. Megna, and Jeremy S. Weinstein.
