Changing eligibility to be a salaried employee

October 12, 2023 – The Incremental increases in the minimum wage for January will also change the eligibility to be a salaried employee in New York, which many employers are unprepared for, according to Frank Kerbein, Director of the Center for Human Resources at the Business Council of New York State.
