State asked to pay more for green energy projects

October 6, 2023 – Alliance for Clean Energy New York Executive Director Anne Reynolds makes the case for taxpayers to pony up additional funds for renewable energy projects in the works that claim their costs have gone up more than expected and can’t be completed without additional money.
