Promoting transparency of hospital services

May 29, 2023 – Allie Bohm, a policy counsel at the New York Civil Liberties Union, and Gabriella Larios, a staff attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union, makes the case for legislation creating a centralized online registry of services hospitals decline to offer, such as abortions and gender affirming care.
