Poll: New Yorkers weigh in on Hochul and budget

May 16, 2023 – The Siena College Research Institute surveyed voters about Gov. Kathy Hochul and the recently adopted state budget, including measures raising the minimum wage, imposing new restrictions on building constructions and expanding the use of cash bail.
