State sued for allegedly violating solitary confinement law

April 7, 2023 – The New York Civil Liberties Union’s Antony Gemmell and Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York’s Hallie Mitnick break down a new class action lawsuit against the Hochul administration on behalf of incarcerated New Yorkers who allegedly experienced illegal solitary confinement conditions.
