Whipped up confusion about nitrous oxide cartridges

Sept. 1, 2022 – Sen. Joe Addabbo, a Queens Democrat, cuts through the confusion surrounding a 2021 state law designed to restrict the sale of nitrous oxide cartridges and has led some retailers in New York to prohibit anyone under 21 from buying whipped cream.
