Ramping up protections of New York’s freshwater

Aug. 11, 2022 – State Sen. Rachel May, a Syracuse Democrat, is continuing her push to preserve and protect New York freshwater with a new package of bills, including measures consolidating environmental data in one spot and regulating PFAS discharges.
