Expanding higher education services behind bars

Aug. 10, 2022 – The state wants to increase higher education services offered to incarcerated New Yorkers, so we’re checking in with Rachel Sander, director of the higher education for the justice involved program at SUNY, to learn about new tuition eligibility and the implementation of a $1.5 million grant.
