Little to show for gun violence state of emergency

July 27, 2022 – It’s been one year since then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo declared a state of emergency emanating from a persistent increase in gun violence and the formal disaster has had little positive effect, according to Times Union reporter Josh Solomon.
