Local ‘Good Cause’ laws get tied up in court

July 26, 2022 – While the fight for “Good Cause” legislation has stalled at the Capitol, proponents have made progress getting these tenant protections adopted at the local level, but this could be coming to an end as the result of an ongoing legal challenge.
