A second chance for formerly incarcerated New Yorkers

March 24, 2022 – Assemblymember Catalina Cruz, a Queens Democrat, makes the case for adding language to the state budget that would enable more than 2 million New Yorkers to have their criminal records sealed once they’ve paid their debt to society.
