New York to embark on a pothole crusade

Kathy Hochul has seen a pothole or two in her travels around the state and she’s looking to invest $1 billion over the next five years to help curb their proliferation in New York. New York State County Highway Superintendents Association President Andy Avery discusses what the proposed commitment could mean for the condition of roads in New York and talks about additional state funding for locals streets and bridges.
