Teachers craft plan for public schools at turning point

Dec, 9, 2021 – As the result of the challenges presented by the pandemic and record levels of state investments planned for the future, New York’s public schools are at a potential turning point, and the state’s teachers’ union has a series of recommendations on how to plot the best path forward.
