State regulators slow to modernize charitable gambling rules

Dec. 3, 2021 – Four years after legislation was signed into law directing state regulators to craft rules allowing for the modernization of charitable gambling events, Sen. Joe Griffo, a central New York Republican, is calling on the state Gaming Commission to finish the work they were tasked to do.
