Transcripts: AG releases interviews with top Cuomo allies
New York Attorney General Tish James released more than a dozen transcripts on Monday from interviews conducted with top Cuomo administration staffers as part of her office’s six-month inquiry into allegations of misconduct by the former governor.
The newly released batch of records comes nearly three weeks after her office released transcripts of interviews with former-Gov. Andrew Cuomo and the women who accused him of misconduct, including Charlotte Bennett, Lindsay Boylan and Brittany Commisso. The new batch includes interviews with Melissa DeRosa, Rich Azzopardi, Chris Cuomo and other advisers and communications officials in the administration.
Transcripts from the interviews with Azzopardi and the former governor’s brother can be found below, additional interviews, including exhibits, can be found on the attorney general’s website.
As part of the newly released transcripts, the attorney general’s office also released a video recording of the interview with the former governor.
