Nov. 5, 2021 – In light of a recently announced settlement in a lawsuit designed to increase state funding for public education in New York, we take a trip down memory lane with Michael Rebell, the co-counsel for the plaintiffs in the 1993 lawsuit brought against the state by the Campaign for Fiscal Equity.
