Task force identifies upstate cellular coverage needs

Nov. 2, 2021 – It took about two years, but the Upstate Cellular Coverage Task Force completed its work this fall of identifying the region’s dark spots and coming up with an action plan for the future. Task force member Jeff Senterman explains how they uncovered the inadequacy of federal coverage maps and identified 1,950 miles of roadways where coverage could be improved.
