Syracuse’s evolving traffic plan

October 13, 2021 – The state’s evolving plan to overhaul a portion of Interstate-81 in Syracuse is broadly championed by the New York Civil Liberties Union, but the organization says more can be done to limit potential public health problems and promote local opportunities for people of color.
