Vaccine mandate disrupts home health care industry

October 8, 2021 – We turned to Home Care Association of New York State President Al Cardillo to understand the ramifications of Gov. Kathy Hochul’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for the industry, which may result in a disruption of services as thousands of workers are not vaccinated.
