September 23, 2021 – Gov. Andrew Cuomo left office with his lowest favorability rating and Gov. Kathy Hochul ascended to the state’s top job with her highest statewide approval rating, according to the Siena College Research Institute’s Steve Greenberg, who has the latest numbers on voter sentiments in New York.
