Rochester state senator discusses gun violence spike in hometown

April 29, 2021 – With Rochester experiencing a spike in gun violence, much like urban communities all over the state, we turned to one of the city’s freshman state senators, Jeremy Cooney, for ideas on what’s causing the problem and how it can be solved.
