Senate GOP: Legislature still to deferential to Cuomo on pandemic

April 23, 2021 – The governor’s pandemic powers may have been scaled back in March, but Sen. Tom O’Mara, a Southern Tier Republican, says the state Legislature has a long way to go before it is playing a co-equal role in the state’s response to the pandemic.
