Athletic trainers ask state to license their industry

April 19, 2021 – It’s been nearly 30 years since the laws governing New York’s athletic trainers have been overhauled, and the state’s trainers say it’s time for an upgrade. New York State Athletics Trainers Association President Arturo Flores explains legislation that would create a state license for athletic trainers.
