Today, we heard from Kelly Hansen, Executive Director of the New York State Conference of Local Mental Hygiene Directors, and Katherine Alonge-Coons, Commissioner of the Rensselaer County Department of Mental Health, about the work that New York’s local mental health programs are doing to help New Yorkers.
