New York’s long road to reaching pre-pandemic employment levels

Feb. 17, 2021 – There appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel in the public health fight against COVID-19. However, the road to economic recovery from the pandemic looks to be a long one. We heard from Jason Bram, Research Officer in Regional Analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Richard Deitz, Assistant Vice President in Regional Analysis of the Research Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, on the stats behind the recovery.
