Nov. 16, 2020 – Law enforcement agencies across the state and country have been under a new level of scrutiny after the high-profile killings of Black Americans. Timothy Dymond, who was recently elected to head the New York State Police Investigators Association, wants to help change the dialogue surrounding these agencies.
