First-time poll workers answer the call in 2020

Nov. 13, 2020 – New Yorkers all over the state answered the recruitment call this year from their local boards of elections looking for a younger generation of poll workers to step up during the pandemic, which posed a more serious risk to the traditional, older staff used on Election Day. Patrick Pipino answered the call in Saratoga County and shared his experience at the polls.
