Biden brightens New York’s renewable energy future

Nov. 13, 2020 – Democrat Joe Biden’s presidential victory bodes well for the development of renewable energy projects in New York, according to Noah Shaw, former general counsel for NYSERDA and currently the co-lead of the Hodgson Russ law firm’s renewable energy practice.

He discussed administrative actions likely to come from Washington D.C. and the range of possible legislative outcomes from Congress.
