Police oversight in Rochester heads for uncharted waters in New York

We met Conor Dwyer Reynolds, the organization’s Executive Director pending confirmation who also serves as a Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, and Shani Wilson, Chair of the Police Accountability Board, we also discussed their goals for the organization and more.
