Thruway director discusses cashless tolling, revenue drop and Roy Rogers

Oct. 22, 2020 – Starting in November, the Thruway will transition to cashless tolls and the phasing out of toll booths. Matthew Driscoll, Executive Director of the Thruway Authority, explained how the new system works and what will happen to the employees that staff the current toll booths.
