Federal aid needed to prevent curtain from closing on NY’s creative arts

Oct. 20, 2020 – The COVID-19 pandemic has had devasting effects on New York’s economy as businesses struggle to hold on and individuals face financial insecurity. One of the industries hit hard by the pandemic is the arts economy. We talked to Maureen Sager, Executive Director of the Upstate Alliance for the Creative Economy, about how this industry can survive the pandemic.
