Cuomo admin sued for shielding COVID-19 nursing home records

Sept. 29, 2020 – The Empire Center for Public Policy is suing the Cuomo administration’s Department of Health over its withholding of nursing home deaths due to COVID-19. Bill Hammond, Senior Fellow for Health Policy at the Empire Center for Public Policy, discussed the lawsuit.
