Sept. 29, 2020 – No charges have been filed against NYPD officers in the 2018 death of Dwayne Pritchett after a report released by the Attorney General’s office citing drug use. Melissa Moore, New York State Director of the Drug Policy Alliance, weighed in on the report and the lack of charges.
