Rep. Chris Jacobs takes a whack at New York’s ‘Scaffold Law” from D.C.

Sept. 22, 2020 – New York is the only state in the country that has a law which holds employers and property owners completely liable when an injury occurs when elevation risers like scaffolds are used. The newly minted Western New York Congressman and former State Senator Chris Jacobs (R-Buffalo) discussed his federal legislation on the issue.
