NY farmers make the case for holding the line on overtime benefits

Sept. 2, 2020 – A series of hearings have taken place to discuss the state’s overtime work threshold for farm workers. We heard from Kim Skellie, dairy farmer and New York Farm Bureau Board member, and Elizabeth Wolters, Deputy Director of Public Policy at the New York Farm Bureau, about the hearings and how farms are adjusting to the thresholds.
