During the peak of the pandemic, we heard from industries in New York that were hit hard by its effects. We took another look at how New York’s child care is adjusting to reopening and funding concerns. We discussed these changes with Beth Starks, Executive Director of the Chautauqua Lake Child Care Center, and Jenn O’Connor, Director of Policy and Advocacy at Prevent Child Abuse New York.
