Early in the pandemic, an order was issued that allowed nursing home employees who tested positive for COVID-19 but did not show symptoms to continue to go to work. Steuben County Manager Jack Wheeler sounded the alarm on this policy which was then overturned. We heard from the County Manager on that issue and more.
