As New York continues its fight against COVID-19, legal advocates are calling for the state to regularly test incarcerated New Yorkers. Stefen Short, Staff Attorney at the Prisoners’ Rights Project of The Legal Aid Society, explained how New York has not followed new CDC guidelines for incarcerated people.
