June 16, 2020: Brave new world for New York’s restaurants

Phase 3 of the Governor’s reopening plan allows for restaurants to allow in-person dining. Melissa Fleischut, President and CEO of the New York State Restaurant Association, and Kevin McCann, Owner and Head Butcher of McCann’s Local Meats, discussed the precautions restaurants are taking as they adapt to this new phase.
